We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, you may return it within five [5] days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

REFUND

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within five [5] business days.
• If your return is rejected, we will provide you with the reasons for rejection and return the item to you.

We offer a weight based shipping fee for all orders. The shipping cost, domestically is RM 9 for parcels below 3kg and RM14 for parcels above 3kg for standard shipping. We also provide free shipping on orders over RM300.

2. Shipping Times

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days after payment is received.
• Standard shipping times domestically are estimated to be between 5 - 8 business days.
• Please note that during high-demand periods, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, shipping times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your understanding.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to track your package's delivery progress.
